Councillors

Councillors abide by a Code of Conduct and provide their Register of Interests on their individual councillor profiles.

The Mayor, who chairs Town Council meetings, is elected at the start of each council year in May and confirmed at the annual Mayor Making where the new Mayor swears an oath of office, and proposes a deputy for the year, who is then elected.
