The Square 9:00am

The group meets in the Square, Axbridge, for a 2 - 2 ½ hour ride whatever the weather. One hour or so out, a coffee stop, and one hour or so back. They try and have routes to suit everyone, depending on who's coming out. There are usually at least four people, and sometimes as many as 8 or more. All are welcome.

N.B. this ride is hilly!

The Square 9:30am

The group meets in the Square, Axbridge, for a 2 - 2 ½ hour ride whatever the weather. One hour or so out, a coffee stop, and one hour or so back. Saturday 3rd April 2010,  Farmers' Market New

In the Square from 9:00am until approximately 1:00pm.

Our Farmers' Market has a number of stalls in the Square (or the Town Hall if the weather's really bad) Usual stalls and produce include: bread; local beef; pork & poultry; lamb; buffalo meat; fish & fishcakes; olives; cream; soft yew's milk cheese; hard cheeses; cakes; local vegetables; plant stall; pickles & chutneys; ice cream. Visit the Somerset Farmers' Markets website for more details.

And of course don't forget our award-winning Axbridge Butchers in the Square, and why not visit the Crown, the Lamb, the Oak House or Bank House cafe for food and refreshment.

There will also be a Beat Surgery run by our local PCSO in the Town Hall if you have anything you'd like to discuss with the police.
